Vincent Hensby Obituary, Death – Lord Allen Vincent Corfield-Hensby, a beloved resident of Altofts, left this world unexpectedly but peacefully on November 4, 2023, at the age of 68. His passing occurred in the embrace of a short illness, surrounded by the love of his devoted family.
He was the cherished husband of Nick and the precious son of the late Glenis and Eric Hensby. Lord Allen Vincent Corfield-Hensby was not only a beloved husband but also a very dear brother. His presence will be profoundly missed by his siblings Lyn, Kevin, Joyce, Denise, Janet, Glenn, Christopher, Andrew, and Trevor. He was not only a respected brother but also a cherished brother-in-law and a much-loved uncle and great-uncle to a multitude of nephews and nieces. Lord Allen Vincent Corfield-Hensby also touched the lives of many as a good friend.
The funeral is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, November 21st, with a service in St Mary’s Church, Altofts, at 11 am, followed by a committal at Pontefract Crematorium. In accordance with the family’s request, attendees are invited to wear something blue in honor of Lord Allen Vincent Corfield-Hensby.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to The British Heart Foundation, a cause close to Lord Allen Vincent Corfield-Hensby’s heart. As Altofts mourns the loss of this remarkable individual, his memory will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
