Truman Ritchie Obituary, Death- On September 20, 2023, at the age of 89, Truman Ritchie Sr., who was a much-loved member of the LaGrange, Indiana community, passed away in a tranquil manner. In LaGrange, Georgia’s Parkview LaGrange Hospital, he passed away and was laid to rest in eternal peace there.
Truman was born on a peaceful day in LaGrange, and he provided a sense of comfort and happiness to all of those who had the good fortune to know him. His presence brought joy and happiness into the lives of a great number of people since he was a loyal spouse, loving father, and treasured friend.
A memorial service honoring Truman will be held on September 25, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the Wolcottville Chapel of the Young Family Funeral Home, which is located at 9 North State Route 9 in Wolcottville. Everyone who knew and loved Truman is encouraged to come pay their respects and reminisce about the wonderful times they spent with him at this gathering of friends and relatives.
After the service, Truman will be laid to rest at the Orange Cemetery close to Rome City. This location will forever serve as a tranquil reminder of his unyielding spirit and will be a fitting final resting place for him. The funeral home will be open for visitation on Sunday, September 24, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
This will provide family members, friends, and other loved ones the opportunity to pay their respects and express their condolences. On Monday, there will also be a visitation that takes place one hour before the service begins. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that preferred memorials be directed to them.
