Prior to this, he had already achieved remarkable success, having transformed the Preston Innovations business from a humble startup into a market-leading giant. His passion for angling and unparalleled business acumen were evident in every endeavor he undertook.
In addition to his role at Matrix, Ricky served as the marketing director for the entire Fox business. During his five-year tenure, he steered us through a pivotal transformation, transitioning from traditional print-based marketing to a more digital-focused approach. His vision and dedication were instrumental in driving our business forward, and his impact will be felt for years to come.
