Peter O’Connor Obituary, Death- Our deepest condolences go out to Peter O’Connor’s family and friends on the loss of a husband, father, grandpa, brother, and friend. Peter departed this world, but he left behind indelible memories that will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Peter, the youngest with his siblings Mary, Patsy, Vincent, Jarleth, Martin, Coleman, and the late Nuala. Because of the value he put on family, these relationships would continue to be a pillar of strength and support for him throughout his life.
In the year XX, Peter tied the knot with the lovely Josephine, nee Neary, who would become his support system and best friend. Theirs was a solid partnership that saw them through the ups and downs of life together. They shared in the joys and sorrows of parenting their children John, Peter, Fiona, Dermot, and Dearbhla.
Peter’s love for his family was boundless. He was a devoted father who showered his kids with advice, fun, and unflinching love. John, Peter, Fiona, Dermot, and Dearbhla continue to uphold the standards Dad taught them. Peter’s cherished grandchildren Sophia-Rose, Odhrán, Tadhg, Peig, and JP added immeasurably to his life’s pleasures.
He took great joy in hearing their jokes, was touched by their purity, and was pleased to see them develop. His legacy will live on through his offspring and the generations after them. Peter was well-loved by his family and friends alike. All who met him were touched by his kind nature and generosity.
Peter’s generosity was boundless; he would tell stories, provide a hand, or just listen to anyone who needed it. Peter enjoyed in his spare time and talked about them frequently with his loved ones. Those who were lucky enough to partake in his interests will always remember the times they spent with him fondly.
Although his absence will always be felt, Peter’s legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His infectious smile and unflinching love for his family are only two of the many reasons he will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to Peter O’Connor, but we rejoice in the fact that his was a life well-lived and that his legacy of love and kindness will continue on. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his loved ones and the people he touched.
