Dalton Osborne Obituary, Death – Dalton C. Osborne, 19, of Phenix City, died in an ATV accident in Russell County, a terrible event that has left the town in mourning. The terrible incident happened on Stillwell Road, about 14 miles south of Phenix City, at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. Dalton C. Osborne was driving a Can Am Maverick ATV when it veered off the road, collided with a ditch, and crashed, according to Trooper Sgt. Jeremy Burkett.
