Charles Gysman Obituary, Beloved Parkridge Congregational Church – East London Member Has Died

Charles Gysman Obituary, Death- Brother Charles “Chicks” Gysman was a treasured part of the community that we called our church. It is with heavy hearts and great regret that we say goodbye to Brother Charles. When Chicks passed away, she took her place in the celestial choir, but not before she left behind a hole in this world that will never be completely filled.

During this time of sorrow, our most sincere and profound condolences are extended to Sister Frieda and the rest of their family as a whole. I pray that you will find peace and strength in the arms of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, who loves you and comforts you.

Chicks was a dependable member of our congregation who was known for his friendly smile, unyielding faith, and an upbeat disposition that lifted the spirits of even the cloudiest of days. He had a one-of-a-kind talent for making us laugh with his jokes, which had the ability to boost our spirits and make our difficulties a little easier to bear.

Because he put his whole being into each koortjie, his participation in the choir served as evidence of his profound devotion to the Lord. As a result, the sanctuary was filled with ethereal music as a result of his efforts. Let us celebrate his life while we grieve his departure because he had a life that was well-lived.

Chicks left behind a legacy of love, joy, and dedication after having an impact on our lives in a myriad of different ways. His selflessness in serving our church served as a model for everyone of us, and we will carry the memory of his devotion with us always in our hearts.

We take comfort in the knowledge that Chicks is now experiencing a state free from pain and suffering in the arms of our Heavenly Father, where she has found permanent rest. May the Lord grant him eternal rest for his soul, and may he rise in glory to join the glorious chorus of angels in eternally praising the Lord for all of eternity.

Even though we are saddened by the passing of our beloved Brother Charles “Chicks” Gysman, we take solace in the fact that his faith has guided him to the eternal recompense that he was seeking all along. Even though we can no longer see him, he will live on in our thoughts and the memories that we love so dearly in our hearts even though he is no longer physically there.
